The Fletcher Trolley from Lab Exports is an all-metal apparatus capable of verifying Newton's laws of motion under different conditions. A large metal trolley with removable cylindrical weights is fitted with wheels that run with very little friction on a track of two steel rods, 150 cm long. The rail rods are held in heavy clamps fitted to two vertical rods, mounted on cast iron feet, and the unit can be assembled and dismantled easily. A steel vibrator is fitted to one vertical rod and a frictionless pulley to the other, complete with cord, scale pan, brush and ink.
